Dan Rolle on Twitter is exposing how the company hired by the Greens in Nevada to collect signatures to get on the ballot was intentionally collecting fraudulent ones, knowing they'd be thrown out so Jill wouldn't get on the ballot. People are talking about how the woman who owns the company, named Adrienne White, is likely working for Hillary/DNC.

Poland's Abortion Wars

A proposed abortion ban in Poland would subject women to surveillance, criminalization, and even more economic hardship.

For years, Poland has had some of the most repressive abortion laws in Europe. Abortions are restricted to cases of fetal abnormality, risk to the health and life of the mother, or rape and incest. Even in cases where it is permitted, hospitals often invoke “conscience clauses” to turn away patients.

Now, the country's right-wing Law and Justice Party (PiS) is pushing for an outright ban. Jacobin assistant editor Elizabeth Mahony spoke to the Polish feminist philosopher Ewa Majewska about the proposed law, its political backers, and potential consequences for women in Poland.


Bodies of Sperm Whales Discovered with Plastics and Car Parts

According to a press release from Wadden Sea National Park in Schleswig-Holstein, many of the whales had stomachs FULL of plastic debris, including a 13-meter-long fishing net, a 70 cm piece of plastic from a car and other pieces of plastic litter.

Some suggest that the animals thought the items were food, such as squid, which is their main staple. Others, however, believe that the travesty is largely a result of humanity’s shocking disregard for marine life, which has resulted in an overabundance of plastic in the oceans.

Ron Paul, whose 1988 Libertarian presidential bid and two Republican bids made him the "liberty movement's" best-known figure, told MSNBC today that he couldn't support Gary Johnson for president and saw reasons to back the Green Party's Jill Stein. "If you tend to lean toward progressivism, you can lean toward the Green Party," Paul said. "She's probably the best on foreign policy.".......
