How else to explain that in the past 15 years this city's so called bipartisan foreign policy elite has promoted wars in Iraq and Libya, and interventions in Syria and Yemen, which have opened Pandora's Box to a trusting world, to the tune of trillions of dollars, a windfall for military contractors. DC's think "tanks" should rightly be included in the taxonomy of armored war vehicles and not as gathering places for refugees from academia.
According to the front page of this past Friday's Washington Post, the bipartisan foreign-policy elite recommends the next president show less restraint than President Obama. Acting at the urging of "liberal" hawks brandishing humanitarian intervention, read war, the Obama administration attacked Libya along with allied powers working through NATO.

In a press release issued Tuesday night, Amnesty said it has presented the Pentagon with evidence that 11 coalition airstrikes in Syria over the past two years appear to have led to the deaths of as many as 300 civilians - and that so far that evidence has been met with silence.
"U.S. authorities have provided no response to a memorandum Amnesty International sent to the Department of Defense on September 28 to raise questions about the conduct of coalition forces in Syria," the group claimed.
"We fear the U.S.-led coalition is significantly underestimating the harm caused to civilians in its operations in Syria," Lynn Maalouf, deputy director for research at Amnesty's Beirut regional office, said in a statement. "Analysis of available evidence suggests that in each of these cases, coalition forces failed to take adequate precautions to minimize harm to civilians and damage to civilian objects."

Clinton's missing "personal" emails may also be captured on a Google server. According to FBI notes, Combetta "transferred all of the Clinton email content to a personal Google email address he created." Only the FBI never subpoenaed Google to find out.
The FBI documents also reveal that Hillary's server was mirrored on a cloud server in Pennsylvania maintained by Datto Inc., a tech firm that performs cloud-to-cloud data protection.
When PRN contracted with Datto, it requested that Hillary's server be backed up locally and privately. But the techs forgot to order the private node, and they sent the server backup data "remotely to Datto's secure cloud and not to a local private node." The FBI never subpoenaed Datto's server, either.
Then there's the laptop Combetta loaded with the Clinton email archive and allegedly shipped back to a Clinton aide in Washington, who claims it got "lost" in the mail. Not so fast: The latest FBI document dump includes a series of interviews with an unidentified former "special assistant" to Clinton at the State Department who said the elusive Apple MacBook laptop was actually "shipped to the Clinton Foundation in New York City."

The exchange, found in hacked emails from Podesta's account and released Tuesday by the anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks, provides a striking window into how the revelation of Clinton's email setup roiled her nascent campaign team in the weeks before its official April 2015 kickoff.
