10th Dead Whale Discovered in the Bay Area in 2 Months

Ten whales washed up on shores around San Francisco Bay in last two months.
Four died by ship strike, four by malnutrition, two undetermined causes.
Whale are migrating in the Pacific from the south to the Arctic waters. The loss of Arctic ice has deminished the bottom-dwelling crustaceans the whales feed on. Whales are having a hard time fullfiling their caloric needs. Some enter the Bay, where the shipping is heavy and there might not be enough food.
